- Neil and myself played a couple of learner games of Kings of War (armies supplied by Neil) - Fantasy
- Craig and Jim played Horse, Foot and Guns - Napoleonic
- Ross and James played Magic: The Gathering - Fantasy cards
- Peter (Andrew and Tracys other boy) was doing some modelling with his Space Marines
- The big thing of the day was a huge, multiplayer game of Warhammer 40000 between some local boys and some guys from Levin.

In the finest GW tradition, it took them all afternoon to play 3 turns. Finished with a solid win for Levin, and threats of a rematch.
- I also saw Callum, Dave Mclachlan, Rex, Harley, Ceilidh, and Mel.
