Well chaps, things are going pretty well on the wargaming club. The Croquet Club is working out very well as a venue (props to Neil for organising it all, and a big thank you to the Croquet Club for the continued use of their excellent facilities), and it's good to see everyone treating the facilities with respect.
There's been a couple of Games Days since our last one, with a pretty good attendance, and everyone getting in a game or two. Some of the new members are also keen historical gamers so if any of you guys are looking for a change from the usual GW fare they are the men to talk to - both Craig and Vince have extra armies for anyone looking to give it a try.
Last Games Day also saw Jon bring along his copy of Space Hulk (for those of you unfamiliar with it check out Space Hulk Wiki), which made for a pretty cool afternoon with three or four people taking turns at Genestealers or Blood Angels.
The thursday evenings are generally pretty quiet, and so we're using it as a 40K evening, but if anyone is jonesing for a bit of mid-week wargaming action bring your gear along and comandeer a table - you'll be very welcome!

Club meetings
Our next meetings will be Sunday the 14th of June.
We meet at the Masterton Croquet Club, next to the mini-golf at Queen Elizabeth Park, on the second and last Sunday of each month, 1pm to 5pm.
